Remote Counselor
The Remote Counselor is a web-based application that allows you to enroll clients into the Personal Financial Analysis (PFA) service as well as provide the client with a debt relief solution quote to be referred out to a third party debt relief solutions company. You will also be able to send service agreements via fax or email to expedite the enrollment process as well as manage lead tracking for efficient sales operations. Once the service agreements have been signed, returned to your office and verified, you simply forward that paperwork, via fax or Remote Counselor upload, to GNUSA for activation. After the client has been activated, your job is done. Complete client care is provided by GNUSA from this point on. The Remote Counselor gives you all of this powerful functionality to effectively grow your business by efficiently managing the client enrollment process.

Personal Financial Analysis (PFA)

In addition to providing software and support for the debt management and debt settlement industry, GNUSA licenses it’s PFA service to our processing clients at no cost. With the PFA service, the clients receive the following value-added benefits for essentially the same price that other processors charge for a service fee and give the client nothing:
